HCMC: Hundreds of commercial housing projects eligible for pink book

More than 81,000 units in 335 projects including: apartments, individual houses, officetels, shophouses will be granted ownership certificates (pink book) in Ho Chi Minh City. Besides, the City currently has 8,918 officetels and shophouses from 29 projects that are not eligible to be legally recognized because the land law does not regulate these types.
Thai firm to acquire Starprint Vietnam for US$44.7 million
