Submission Guidelines Please send ads as a PDF or JPEG file in Grayscale or CMYK color format. The deadline for material submission is the FRIDAY before the Friday of publication at 5 p.m. Penalties may incur if copy is not received.

The Colonnade reserves the right to edit or reject any advertising copy submitted for publication. C.The Colonnade does not guarantee placement of ads unless prior approval is made with the Editor in Chief and Ad Manager. D. The Colonnade does not accept advertising concerning firearms, or promoting alcohol. E. Payments for all new clients must be made up front.
