HIKE AT THE S IUSLAW MODEL FOREST

– 2:00 pm, 6055 New York 23, Acra. Enjoy the spectacular winter views of the Catskill Mountains. Please dress appropriately for the weather. The hike may be modified based on weather conditions. FRIDAY, JAN. 3 & EVERY FRIDAY – NEUROMOTOR WELLNESS – a research-based practice and exercise program specifically for those with muscular degeneration challenges including but not limited to Parkinson's, Multiple Sclerosis, ALS, stroke recovery, muscle injury. 11:45am at the Greene County YMCA, 11:45am.
