Maintenance Worker Needed

for senior housing building in Kingston. Minimum two years prior work experience as a maintenance technician/worker. Some duties are painting, spackling, preparing apartments for occupancy. Working knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry. Snow removal and yard work. On-call work on a rotating basis for after-hour emergencies. Reliable individual with good communication and organizational skills. Monday through Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. Starting pay at $18.00 per hour.
