2012 PTH DELIVERS VACANT PROPERTY COUNT INVOICE

PTH visited Erik Dilan’s house on February 11, 2012, delivering an invoice PTH’s city-wide count of vacant buildings and lots, for the amount that Speaker Quinn said it would cost.

Intro 48, a bill that would empower the City to annually count vacant properties and is currently supported by 29 City Council representatives, had been sitting on Erik Dilan's desk for two years.
