pring time is the busiest time of the year for Real Estate sales. Sales happen every month of the year but during the cold of winter people have time to look ahead to the coming year and plan. You will see a lot of SOLD signs around this month. I keep saying, month after month, that our inventory is shrinking. The stats show that in the price range under $300,000 we continue to have a small supply. We are down in that price range in active listing by more then 30% from a year ago. Over $300,000 price range continues to be slow and the active listing actually went up a small amount from a year ago. This is strange in that the lower price ranges are in a Sellers market while the upper price ranges is a Buyers market. I have never seen this type of market that lasted this long. YOU CAN SELL HIGH AND BUY LOW. What more can you ask for? Hope you have a great spring.

March is a month that is just in between.
