With an in-house catering and an AV team, the museum has you covered with food and beverage, AV requirements, vendor coordination and setup/teardown. A complete inventory of tables and chairs is included in your facility rental, along with built-in stages, screens and projectors in select rooms.

Welcome to Jorgensen Farms, a 100-acre property that boasts all the idyllic beauty of an elevated Midwestern landscape. Nestled among beautiful ornamental gardens, a regenerative farm and mature woodlands are two exquisite event venues: the pastoral Oak Grove and newly-renovated The Gardens.

Within Oak Grove, you’ll find The Greenhouse. Surrounded by views of a pastoral setting and with the original Lord & Burnham glass and cypress design, The Greenhouse offers a serene and elegant setting for any occasion. The space can host up to 200 guests seated and 250 guests standing. Enjoy the shade at the Cocktail Lawn and Patio under a majestic stand of oak trees. Manicured landscaping and glimmering bistro lighting add to the ambiance. For larger parties, the Main Hall features suspended glimmering lights and a window wall overlooking Oak Grove’s renowned landscape of forest and pasture. The Main Hall can host up to 250 guests seated.

The Gardens, meanwhile, includes Jorgensen Farms’ newest building, The Arboretum. Built with sustainability in mind, this space blends warmth and sophistication through the interplay of Alaskan cedar, Japanese cypress, American maple and a 25-foot-wide-by-10-foot-tall interior green wall of living plants. The Arboretum can host up to 250 guests seated. As guests walk out of The Arboretum, they will encounter The Meadow—a four-season ornamental garden and expansive lawn that creates the perfect space for cocktails or appetizers. The Barn is our 100-year-old, authentic, post-and-beam structure that is perfect for receptions, meetings, dinner parties and more. THE KITCHEN AND THE STUDIO

For 10 years, The Kitchen has helped friends and neighbors in Columbus celebrate their special occasions—and has loved every minute of it. Whether it’s through custom, chef-created meals or Participatory Dining Events, The Kitchen believes food is one of the best ways to bring people together and create memories.

This year, The Kitchen is toasting its own special moments: the 10th anniversary of its original event and dining space, as well as the fifth anniversary of The Studio, a space that previously served as a secondary event room but recently re-launched as a standalone venue.

Located at 231 E. Livingston Ave. in German Village, the main space can accommodate events of up to 150 people. With original brick walls and dark wood floors, The Kitchen can host both traditional events with meals and cocktails prepared by its top-notch chefs, as well as its trademark Participatory Dining Events. Perfect for birthdays, company parties, “just because” gatherings and more, Participatory Dining Events invite guests to prepare their meals together before sharing them. It is not a cooking class; it is an opportunity to create memories as you prepare a great meal as a group.

The Studio, located next door to The Kitchen, is a one-stop shop for those looking to host intimate yet elegant catered events—up to 40 seated guests or 50 for a standing cocktail reception—without having to do much work. The space features new upgrades focused heavily on décor and lighting. KEMBA Live!’s versatility allows for a variety of options anywhere from 100 people to 5,000. Another PromoWest venue, the Newport Music Hall, holds the honor of being the longest continually running rock club in the country. Originally built in 1923 as a movie theater, the facility was converted into the Agora Ballroom in 1970 until purchased by PromoWest in 1984, reopening as the Newport Music Hall. Located on High Street across from the campus of Ohio State University, Newport Music Hall maintains its historical ballroom architecture and the legacy of its past and present performers. This space is a great setting for weddings, fashion shows, corporate events and political campaign stops.

The Basement is located next to the KEMBA Live! venue under the A&R Music Bar. The Basement hosts a wide variety of musicians and special events.

Scioto Reserve offers only one wedding per day, so couples have the ability to come in early and spend the day getting ready on site in our private and spacious bridal suite and groom’s quarters. Both rooms include televisions, individual lockers for everyone in the bridal party and have their own keypad code to get in and out. The groom’s quarters also have both a pool table and a poker table.

Recently updated, the main ballroom offers you and your guests a 200-degree panoramic view overlooking both the outdoor ceremony garden and golf course. This one-of-a-kind view is the perfect backdrop for your wedding reception. For your ceremony, Scioto Reserve Country Club offers two options. Option one is the gorgeous outdoor garden complete with seasonal florals and a waterfall backdrop. The second is the main ballroom, which give couples an outdoor feel with floor-toceiling windows.

Constructed in 1919, the famed and fabulous Valley Dale Ballroom was created for the music and the young adults of the day. The current owners, Landa Masdea Brunetto and Rick Brunetto, are committed to preserving that rich history. If vintage touches, a fairy tale feel or a nod to a past era is in your wedding script, Valley Dale Ballroom is your perfect location.

This historic venue has hosted some of the greatest entertainers of all time, including Glenn Miller, Benny Goodman, Dean Martin, Tommy Dorsey with Frank Sinatra, The Temptations, Ike & Tina Turner, The Byrds, Destiny’s Child, Natalie Cole, 50 Cent, 2 Live Crew and many more. Explore the Valley Dale as one of Columbus’ premier event centers capable of entertaining guests from 20 to 1,200.

The venue offers couples a day or evening schedule for tours. Valley Dale is open to the public every Friday evening for tours, dancing on the largest wood dance floor in Central Ohio or just listening to Valley Dale’s house band, the 18-piece Rick Brunetto Big Band and its sensational vocalists. Choose this band for your wedding or invite your own musical group or DJ. A state-of-the-art concert sound system is available, or your music team is welcome to bring in their own equipment.

A wedding at Valley Dale is always a magical event, featuring a spacious, mirror-filled dressing room with an offset ladies lounge for your guests, as well as a room for the groom. VITRIA ON THE SQUARE

Vitria on the square is Columbus’ newest sophisticated event venue to host your upcoming celebration. Vitria is located at the storied intersection of 15th & High within steps of the iconic Ohio State University Oval as well as Mirror Lake. The venue is proud to feature elevated dining with a beverage-forward approach that will leave your guests impressed and stand out from their typical event experience. The culinary team prides themselves on curating menus specific to the event they are hosting and suggests special touches to enhance the experience for all attendees. The Grand Ballroom at Vitria on the Square features 25-foot, floor-toceiling windows that overlook several of the iconic landmarks of The Ohio State University. This space features state-of-the-art monitors built-in that can showcase logos, a slideshow or custom artwork during an event. The Grand Ballroom can accommodate 320 guests seated at round tables with a stage or dance floor or 500 seated theater style.

The Gallery is just outside of the Grand Ballroom and is ideal for a cocktail reception or seating area. This space has natural lighting and features its own private balcony overlooking University Square available for guests to enjoy. The Gallery features soft seating and artwork throughout the space with a built-in monitor to display a logo, slideshow, or custom artwork as well.
