Welcome to Jorgensen Farms, a 100-acre property that boasts all the idyllic beauty of an elevated Midwestern landscape. Nestled among beautiful ornamental gardens, a regenerative farm and mature woodlands are two exquisite event venues: the pastoral Oak Grove and newly-renovated The Gardens.
Within Oak Grove, you’ll find The Greenhouse. Surrounded by views of a pastoral setting and with the original Lord & Burnham glass and cypress design, The Greenhouse offers a serene and elegant setting for any occasion. The space can host up to 200 guests seated and 250 guests standing. Enjoy the shade at the Cocktail Lawn and Patio under a majestic stand of oak trees. Manicured landscaping and glimmering bistro lighting add to the ambiance. For larger parties, the Main Hall features suspended glimmering lights and a window wall overlooking Oak Grove’s renowned landscape of forest and pasture. The Main Hall can host up to 250 guests seated.
The Gardens, meanwhile, includes Jorgensen Farms’ newest building, The Arboretum. Built with sustainability in mind, this space blends warmth and sophistication through the interplay of Alaskan cedar, Japanese cypress, American maple and a 25-foot-wide-by-10-foot-tall interior green wall of living plants. The Arboretum can host up to 250 guests seated. As guests walk out of The Arboretum, they will encounter The Meadow—a four-season ornamental garden and expansive lawn that creates the perfect space for cocktails or appetizers. For 10 years, The Kitchen has helped friends and neighbors in Columbus celebrate their special occasions—and has loved every minute of it. This year, The Kitchen is toasting its own special moments: the 10th anniversary of its original event and dining space, as well as the fifth anniversary of The Studio, a space that previously served as a secondary event room but recently re-launched as a standalone venue.
Located at 231 E. Livingston Ave. in German Village, the main space can accommodate events of up to 150 people. With original brick walls and dark wood floors, The Kitchen can host both traditional events with meals and cocktails prepared by its top-notch chefs, as well as its trademark Participatory Dining Events. Perfect for birthdays, company parties, “just because” gatherings and more, Participatory Dining Events invite guests to prepare their meals together before sharing them. It is not a cooking class; it is an opportunity to create memories as you prepare a great meal as a group.
The Studio, located next door to The Kitchen, is a one-stop shop for those looking to host intimate yet elegant catered events—up to 40 seated guests or 50 for a standing cocktail reception—without having to do much work. Another PromoWest venue, the Newport Music Hall, holds the honor of being the longest continually running rock club in the country. Originally built in 1923 as a movie theater, the facility was converted into the Agora Ballroom in 1970 until purchased by PromoWest in 1984, reopening as the Newport Music Hall. Located on High Street across from the campus of Ohio State University, Newport Music Hall maintains its historical ballroom architecture and the legacy of its past and present performers. This space is a great setting for weddings, fashion shows, corporate events and political campaign stops.
The Basement is located next to the KEMBA Live! venue under the A&R Music Bar. The Basement hosts a wide variety of musicians and special events.

This historic venue has hosted some of the greatest entertainers of all time, including Glenn Miller, Benny Goodman, Dean Martin, Tommy Dorsey with Frank Sinatra, The Temptations, Ike & Tina Turner, The Byrds, Destiny’s Child, Natalie Cole, 50 Cent, 2 Live Crew and many more. Explore the Valley Dale as one of Columbus’ premier event centers capable of entertaining guests from 20 to 1,200.
The venue offers couples a day or evening schedule for tours. Valley Dale is open to the public every Friday evening for tours, dancing on the largest wood dance floor in Central Ohio or just listening to Valley Dale’s house band, the 18-piece Rick Brunetto Big Band and its sensational vocalists.
