Hues to Use

Twice a year, the Pantone Color Institute releases its trend forecast for upcoming seasons. The fall/winter report predicts what designers may showcase in their autumn collections, but local couples have already incorporated them into their 2019 and 2020 weddings. Of course, you can’t go wrong with jewel tones like Classic Blue, Ultramarine Green, Fired Brick and Magenta Purple, and softer complements like Peach Nougat, Rose Tan and Sandstone were practically made for weddings. Throw in a few wild cards—we’re looking at you, Green Sheen, Samba and Amberglow—and you have a seemingly endless array of color combos to inspire. —Emma Frankart Henterly
