SHAPE WHAT’S NEXT IN CREATIVE INDUSTRIES Creative careers are made here. It’s not business as usual in Business and Entrepreneurship at Columbia College Chicago. From your first day, you’ll take courses in your professional area. Starting with creative industry survey courses you’ll advance to essential management, entrepreneurship, and marketing classes, along with specialized courses that support your career goals. You’ll complete your degree with hands-on experiential classes, professional practicums, and internships.
AT COLUMBIA, YOU CAN: Produce a festival, operate a campus gallery, or develop a financial and marketing strategy for film, television, and streaming media projects. Operate our student record label, scouting, developing, and distributing artists’ work through the independent streaming service Ingrooves. Develop data-driven, inclusive marketing and brand communication. Develop strategies for a range of clients including community-based organizations, creative businesses, and emerging brands.

MONIQUE MAYE Business and Entrepreneurship Professor of Instruction Monique Maye is a licensed sports agent and launched the faculty-led study abroad course, “Marketing in Europe,” which takes students to Paris, France each year.
