Guidance notes for the selection and presentation of case studies for inclusion in the CAA’s online Good Practice library.
Date created: 29 July 2023
CAA Good Practice Library
OBJECTIVE
As part of its focus on advocacy, capacity building and climate action, the Commonwealth Association of Architects (CAA) is developing a library of Good Practice Case Studies which contribute to advancement of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
It is expected that the final library will resemble and be linked to the Good Practice Platform that has been developed by the members of the Commonwealth Sustainable Cities Initiative, of which the CAA was a founding member.
Development of the library is consistent with the CAA’s constitutional and charitable objectives which include, inter alia, ‘the advancement of architecture in the Commonwealth’ together with ‘the promotion and acquisition of knowledge’ and ‘the promotion of cooperation between associations of architects with the objective of ensuring the maximum contribution by architects to the well- being of society’.
