SCREEN PRINT
This imprint method involves using a squeegee to press colored ink through a mesh screen onto the product. Screen Printing is a low-cost imprint method ideal for large, single-color orders. The inks used while Screen Printing leave your products with a vivid and long lasting imprint.
DIRECT-TO-GARMENT (DTG)
Designs are rendered digitally on the product using a printer and special fabric-safe inks. This method creates full-color, photo-realistic designs and is ideal for intricate and colorful designs.
EMBROIDERY
Designs are digitally stitched onto the material using up to 12 thread colors. Embroidered designs are durable and fade-resistant. It is ideal for multi-colored logos for a more professional finish.
LASER ENGRAVING
This method uses a laser beam to burn away the top layer of a product’s surface to create a design. Laser-engraved logos are durable and produce a high-quality finish, perfect for high-end gifts.
CMYK
CMYK stands for Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Key (Black) and is done by printing dots of ink onto the material in these four colors. This imprint method delivers an accurate, long-lasting imprint and is ideal for items that will be heavily used and washed such as aprons and work uniforms.
TRANSFER
A full-color graphic is printed on heat transfer material and pressed onto fabric using a heat press. This method is great for multi-colored logos or logos that consist of a color gradient.
