Russell. There are 634 square miles in Russell County. The number one thing is to make sure you price the house just slightly under what the market dictates it should be. A good figure to use would be 2-3% below current market value. Go ahead and get it ready to sell. Treat the house as if you were the buyer and put it in that condition. Don’t forget to disclose any and all major repairs to the potential buyers before closing. 3. Would go along with step 2. When you are fixing things go ahead and tidy the house up and remove any clutter including in the yard. Have the house in staging condition. If you are not sure what that is, hire a professional home stager to stage the house for you. It is well worth the cost if you want to sell fast.
