TKM inducts new Board directors

Toyota Kirloskar Motor (TKM) announced that Akio Toyoda san would step down as President and Chief Executive Officer. He will be succeeded by Koji Sato san, who is also the President of the Toyota Lexus brand. The current Chairman Takeshi Uchiyamada will also drop his Chairman title and remain on the Board.

Toyoda san will become the new Chairman as part of the ongoing churn with effect on April 01, based on testing of we are offering an unprecedented warranty on it, with 3000 fast-charge cycles.

2023. Additionally, Swapnesh R, Maru, currently serving as the Executive Vice President & Chief Compliance Officer and oversees Finance, Human Resources & Administration, Information Technology, Legal and Corporate Planning at TKM with effect from January 19, 2023.
