autonomous bus service for Milton park

First Bus launched an autonomous bus service in Milton Park, an Oxfordshire business, science, and technology park near Didcot and Abingdon, England. The service began in the third week of January. Aimed at improving people mobility both within the park, which is home to 250 businesses and 9,000 employees and throughout the Didcot region. Janette Bell, Managing Director at First Bus, said: “The launch of the UK’s first zero emission autonomous vehicle is a stellar example of how technology can support modal shift with wide partnership working between local authorities, operators and local business.”

Isuzu Philippines Corporation (IPC) has earned the certification as the number one truck brand in 2022 from the Chamber of Automotive Manufacturers of the Philippines, Inc. (CAMPI) and Truck Manufacturers Association, Inc. (TMA), making Isuzu the leading truck brand in the Philippines for 23 years on the trot. According to the most recent annual CAMPI / TMA report, IPC sold 4,680 units in 2022, accounting for 46.4 per cent of the market and auguring well for the future prospects of the company.

The Isuzu N-Series in Category III (LDT) is performing well for IPC. It sold 2,952 units and commands a 55.3 per cent market share. IPC also performed well in both Category

IV

(MCV) and Category V. (HCV).

IPC President Noboru Murakami stated, “As the leading provider of durable and reliable trucks, as well as the best transport and business solutions to Filipinos, IPC would like to contribute to our customer’s business through our durable products, after sales services and variety of training.”
