Therefore immediately after the funeral, the sons and sons-in-law of Rashkebeha"g Maran ztvk"l initiated a fund l'ilui nishmaso at Kupat Ha'ir, which has been faithful to him in all tzedakah-related matters,

Pesach
INGREDIENTS 1 large spaghetti squash 1 c. sugar 1/2 c. oil 5 eggs 2 Tbsp. potato starch 1 tsp. salt
DIRECTIONS Preheat the oven to 400°. Slice the spaghetti squash in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds and ribbing. Place the spaghetti squash cut side down on the baking sheet and use a fork to poke holes. (4 or 5 fork pokes per side) Roast for 30-40 minutes or until lightly browned on the outside, fork tender, but still a little bit firm. (Time will vary depending on the size of your squash.) Remove from the oven and flip the squash so that it’s cut side up. Reduce the oven temperature to 350°. When cool to the touch, use a fork to scrape and fluff the "spaghetti strands" from the sides of the squash. Combine the "spaghetti strands" with the remaining ingredients and mix well. Grease muffin tins & fill with the batter. Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes or until the edges start to brown.
