Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup Pumpkin Pancakes

# 1 onion, chopped These pancakes absolutely delicious, 1 can black beans are (15 ounce)

Paleo friendly, gluten free and even if you do 1 can whole kernel corn, drained (15 ounce)

1 canlike tomato sauceyou (8 ounce) not pumpkin will LOVE these pancakes.

1 can or bottle beer ( 12 fluid ounce)

! % & 2 cans diced tomatoes, undrained (10 ounce)

! ' 1 package taco seasoning (1.25 ounce) skinless, boneless chicken breast 43 whole eggs

Crushed chips (optional) 1/2 cup tortilla canned pumpkin

1Directions: Tbsp pure maple syrup 1 tsp cinnamon tomato 1. Place the onion, chili beans, black beans, corn, sauce, beer, and diced tomatoes in a slow 1 tsp pumpkin pieseasoning, spice (optional) cooker. Add taco and stir to blend. Lay chicken breasts on top of the mixture, pressing 1/4down tsp baking sodajust covered by the other ingredients. Set slow cooker for low heat, cover, and slightly until 2 Tbsp butter or coconut oil cook melted for 5 hours. 2. Remove breasts from the soup, and allow to cool long enough to be handled. Directions

In a bowl whisk together the eggs, canned pumpkin, pure vanilla extract, and pure maple syrup. Add the cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice (if using), and baking soda into the wet ingredients.

Melt 2 tablespoons of butter and mix it into the batter.

Heat a large skillet over medium heat and melt some butter to coat the skillet. Pour some batter into skillet to make pancakes of your desired size (I recommend using a 1/4 cupfuls). When a few bubbles appear on the surface and pancake seems stable, flip the pancake and cook until brown on the other side.
