Frequent asked questions How the MC is going to ensure the supply? A/ we can’t ensure it. That’s why we’re not giving false expectations to the organization, if we match, it’s ok, if not, it will be a learning point. That’s why this is a challenge. What we are going to do is, provide all the tools we can to our country partners to see if we can make this happen. When the MC is going to pay the LCs for the matching? A/ When Volunteers pay the MC. This probably will be in January 2015. What are we going to do with the NPS measurement? A/ Nothing, If the entity match an EP in oother city that’s not the “Matching entity” one, then the responsibility is of tracking and assure that the trainee has the best experience.

Frequent asked questions If I need something from Volunteers, or Volunteers contact me for logistics stuff, what should I do? A/ You should communicate immediately with the BD Director in charge, Erika Vergara, because she’s the only one that can manage the relationship. If something happen with the trainee, or the trainee ask me for something that I don’t know, what should I do? A/ Communicate immediately with the MCVP IGIP, Diego Tibamoso or the MC BD Director, Erika Vergara. Will this affect the LC National audit process? A/ No, BD will be in charge of collecting all the document, but responsibility is to ask the trainee the if he/she has everything she/he needs to be in the country.
