Bread Baking

Fall is in the air and the smell of freshly baked bread is the perfect complement. Join Dianne Patras and Kathy Melamed for a hands-on baking class. You will get your hands covered in flour. Learn to bake two easy bread recipes (English breakfast bread and a garden herb loaf) that can not be found in the supermarket. You will learn how to shape rolls and braid the perfect loaf. Preparing your will is an important step in providing for the ones you love. Week 1 ~ Learn the various techniques for property distribution of your estate.
