The Center for Ethical Leadership, Seattle ,WA, has developed the Kellogg’s Collective Leadership Framework used to help local communities bring about social change locally. The Centre for Ethical Leadership aims to cultivate leadership and build capacity, helping organizations and communities tap collective wisdom, reach across boundaries, build trust, and lead from their core values to advance change.
