After working as a registered nurse for 30 years, he had a passion for property.

“I made poor property investment mistakes, but never gave up and I educated myself,” Mr Muleya said.

“I then purchased 15 positively geared properties in a 10-year time frame. I then decided to start a buyer's advocate business to help other like-minded investors who could be in a similar situation, so they do not make the same mistakes i made in property investing.

“I started the business with my wife and it has now grown to three employees.

“We are now a national company, researching, purchasing properties for our clients throughout all states of Australia, assisting an average of about 75 clients per year.

“I have also written a book titled The 10x Property System to teach other property investors on how they acquire 10 properties in 10 years and retire comfortably.”
