And an angel of the Lord appeared to them...

And the angel said to them, “Fear not, for behold, I bring you good news of great joy that will be for all the people.

For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Savior, who is Christ the Lord.

And this will be a sign for you: you will find a baby wrapped in swaddling cloths and lying in a manger.”

2:13-14

And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God and saying,

to God in the highest, and on earth peace among those with whom he is pleased!”

Luke 2:15

15 When the angels went away from them into heaven, the shepherds said to one another, “Let us go over to Bethlehem and see this thing that has happened, which the Lord has made known to us.”

Luke 2:16-18

16 And they went with haste and found Mary and Joseph, and the baby lying in a manger.

17 And when they saw it, they made known the saying that had been told them concerning this child.

18 And all who heard it wondered at what the shepherds told them.

PEACE Through Jesus Sacrifice

Isaiah 53:5

But he was pierced (wounded) for our transgressions; he was crushed for our iniquities (and guilt); upon him was the chastisement that brought us peace, and with his stripes (wounds) we are healed.

Heavenly Father, Thank You for offering us peace through Your Son, Jesus.

I believe that Jesus is the Son of God, that He died on the cross for my sins, and that He rose again to give me new life.

Today, I receive Your gift of salvation, Your forgiveness, Your Holy Spirit, and the peace that only You can give. I open my heart to You and ask You to make me new.

I profess that You are my Savior and Lord. I surrender my life to You and commit to walking in Your peace, sharing Your love with others. Thank You, Lord, for saving me and giving me eternal life.

In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.

‘”Whoever believes in Him...”

Heavenly Father,

We come before You today, trusting in Your power to heal and restore. We lift up those who are hurting—physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Lord, bring comfort to the brokenhearted, strength to the weak, and healing to the sick.

We believe in Your promise that by the stripes of Jesus, we are healed. We ask for Your healing touch to be upon each person in need, renewing their bodies, minds, and spirits.

May Your peace surround us, and may Your love bring wholeness.

In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

”...by His stripes we are healed!”
