The Energy Effect Fitness studio has now been providing Buckingham and the surrounding areas with specialist fitness classes, personal training and group personal training for 6 years.

We are a small studio with just 2 instructors running the show, this means we know every single members name, their strengths, weaknesses and when they need just a little bit more support. Every single person is important and they are part of a very special team.

We truly believe that fitness should be fun, so whilst our classes can be tough we ensure that they’re suitable for all fitness levels and maintain a fun and friendly atmosphere that makes everyone feel at ease. Where else can will you find yourself whooping whilst holding a squat for one minute, laughing whilst sweating on a spin bike, dancing like you’re the only person in the room and forming incredible friendships, whilst smashing your fitness goals.

With 24 classes running every week we offer you a huge choice, everything from lower impact dance aerobics classes to high energy pump, Hour of power and Kettlercise, all with the added bonus of live streaming and on demand options so if you can’t make it to the studio you can workout at home.

In these difficult financial times we’ve continued to maintain our low prices because we understand how important fitness is not only for your physical well-being but also for your mental health. For £30pm you have access to our online classes, pay as you go classes remain at £6 and full membership is £45pm, this gives you unlimited studio classes, access to our online classes, priority booking and discounted PT sessions.
