Thereare6spacesavailableonthispilotprogramme, whichwillseesuccessfulcandidatesspendatotalof 18monthsworkingin6differentrolesin6differentcare settings,with3monthsspentineachrole.Ifsuccessful, thisschemecouldhelpusattractnewpeopleintosocial carebygivingthemtheopportunitytotryoutdifferent roles.
