WMU Names College after 1927 Graduate Merze Tate

The Merze Tate Explorers was founded in 2008 to honor the legacy of Merze Tate.

Explorers celebrate the naming of the new Merze Tate College at Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, Michigan. Tate was a 1927 graduate of WMU.
