NOTEBOOKS MADE FROM AGRICULTURAL AND ORGANIC WASTE! A short explanation: After harvesting tomatoes or peppers, for example, residual materials are left in the greenhouse, such as plant stems and leaves. Disposing of that waste costs money for the grower, but also represents a recycling opportunity. The stems contain substances that can be used in paint, glue and crop protection agents, for instance, but are also chock-full of fibres for paper production. The same applies to grass clippings. Previously, this was all seen purely as organic waste – now, it’s seen as a raw material. In the tulip industry, for example, growers often have a surplus of tulip bulbs. These bulbs can be put in the blender and pulped – the pieces of the bulb are still visible in the paper! The “waste” paper inside the notebook is 80 grams. The cover is also made from recycled waste, and this is 350 grams. Other uses for waste paper: Books, annual reports, magazines, promotional and branding materials, correspondence and mailing, decorative uses such as invitations and menus, packaging, folders, printed stationary, arts & crafts… as well as the insides of notebooks, of course! How does it work? To make paper, you need cellulose fibres – these occur naturally in all plants. Sometimes the process is easy; in others more complicated. But technically, a lot is already possible. In principle, you can make paper and cardboard from any vegetal material. The fibres can simply replace wood fibres. The waste is crushed and then mixed with the cellulose from FSC trees to make paper. Make your own paper: Do you have your own organic waste? We need 2000 kg (around 4-6 pallets) and then we can make your own paper!

REBOTTLED Wow! These glasses (and bottles) used to be wine bottles! Every year more than 440 million wine bottles will be thrown away after 1 time use. Rebottled wants to be the first glass producer that works with circular glass work. Instead of throwing away the bottles they want to create new products. Rebottled actively partners with the community to divert thousands of wine bottles every week that would have been otherwise thrown away, working towards a 10 million bottle rescue mission. Once collected they then transform the bottles into fun and functional glassware and decor such as planters, candle holders and vases. If you collect your own glass bottles and bring it to us, we can upcyle it into new products! It is possible to custom engrave the products or print your logo with silkscreen printing method.

ECOWINGS Wow! These products started their lives as car tyres! Did you know that 70% of the rubber industry goes towards tyre production? Unfortunately, a lot of rubber is subsequently lost via incineration, and we want to prevent that. In 2011, the founders of Ecowings saw an opportunity: upcycling tyres that would otherwise be incinerated into laptop bags. Since then, the company has been collecting the rubber inner tubes from truck tyres in India’s waste stream. Ecowings has now expanded to the Netherlands and other European countries. One truck tyre can be used to create no less than four laptop bags! Ecowings recovers used rubber inner tubes from truck tyres in India, rescuing them from waste incineration. The benefits of upcycling this rubber into laptop bags are three-fold: CO2 and other emissions decrease; the amount of waste is reduced. Several different models are available, and the products can even be personalised. The laptop bags are available with zips in orange, blue, red and yellow.

COCO BIRDHOUSE WoW! A ”Coco Birdhouse”, handmade, made from waste. In Sri Lanka, fresh coconuts are green in colour and large in size. After drinking the sweet liquid from inside the coconut, the green shell is left over. Interall Group uses these to design its very own “Coco Birdhouses”. And yes, it can be engraved!

CIRCULAR TEXTILE Textiles made from yarn comprising 30% previously worn clothing, 20% offcuts, and 50% recycled PET polyester. In Turkey, the yarn is made from 50% used textiles, of which two-thirds are worn clothing and one-third off-cuts; mixed with 50% recycled PET polyester, made from used polyester clothes, plastic bottles, fishing nets and other materials. Adding recycled polyester makes the material strong enough to re-knit and re-weave fabrics. Adding used textiles makes the fabric wearable and comfortable, so that no new cotton needs to be used. This saves a huge amount of water, and also means that cotton fields can be used to grow other crops in the longer term. Interall Group makes t-shirts and sweaters from this yarn. The colour that we have in stock is white, but other colours and styles (polo shirts and sweaters, dresses, blouses, aprons, suits, work uniforms, overalls, jackets and thermals) are also available to order on request.
What’s more, clients can hand in their old shirts or work uniforms to Interall Group to be recycled into new shirts, blouses, polo-shirts, etc. -From 1.000 KG we can make new, recycled clothing from your old textile. -For small quantities: when your order for example 50 shirts from our stock and send us 50 old shirts we can make sure they will be recycled into new clothing and get a second life! Felt is a nonwoven material made by compressing the fibers with heat, moist and pressure. Social workplaces laser-cut the sheets and fix it to the notebooks. PIXIE WOW! We use technical compression fabric made from 100% regenerated nylon/ polyamide from Econyl – this material is made from waste, including fishing nets and carpets. The reclaimed yarn is knitted into a high performance fabric in Italy. An average of 640,000 tons of fishing nets are left in the ocean every year, which makes up around 10% of marine litter. For every ton of waste nets collected, enough nylon is generated to create more than 7,000 running leggings. The products are made in Holland.

I-DID I-did collects pallets full of old company uniforms, in collaboration with KLM Airlines, the army, hospitals and various fashion warehouses. The clothing is then broken down into fibres and turned into sturdy felt. Felt is the hip fabric trend of 2018! The items are produced in social workshops in the Netherlands. The employees are trained, and 85% of them return to the organisation after their training period. It’s a win-win situation.

The best model for you is depending on the artwork, budget, requested color and packaging: Seatcover Eco BUDGET Made of recycled PVC. Size is 260 x 235 mm. We can print the Seatcover Eco BUDGET from 500 pieces all-over the upper side and full-color. Various colors are available, delivery time is about 2-3 weeks when we transport by Airfreight from our factory to Europe. From 5.000 pieces we can also transport them by Sea, the price is lower then. Each Seatcover Eco BUDGET is packed bulk, so not individually (due to environmental reasons we do not pack these in polybags anymore). The elastic strap stays visible in this model. Seatcover Eco Made of recycled PVC. Size about 270Ă—270 mm. We can print the Seatcover Eco from 500 pieces all-over the upper side and full-color. Various colors are available, delivery time is about 2-3 weeks when we
transport by Airfreight from our factory to Europe. From 5.000 pieces we can also transport them by Sea, the price is lower then. Each Seatcover Eco has a cardboard sheet inside, so it will not wrinkle. The elastic strap in the bottom is not visible with this model, it has a luxury finishing. Seatcover Eco One Piece Style Made of recycled PVC. Size is 400 x 400 mm. We can print the Seatcover Eco One Piece Style from 500 pieces all-over the top and sides and full-color. When you need a Seatcover in a special Pantone color we do not have in stock this model is the best choice for you! It can be printed all-over in a special color from only 500 pieces. BIO LANYARDS Bamboo or cotton lanyards. Safe and comfortable to wear, these lanyards are printed with bio ink. Every part of lanyard is made of biodegradable material, including the safety clip. The lanyard will not cause alergic reactions and can be used in areas where hygene is of top priority, such as hospitals or food industry. Bamboo fiber is a natural fiber and thus biodegradable. It cannot be printed using sublimation printing - only screen printing applies.
