bash who? About the Owner Paige Appel was born & raised in Texas where she learned to sit up straight, wear the right shade of red lipstick, and bake apple pie. After graduating from Texas Tech University in Communications & Psychology she headed to University of Texas. A detour to sunny Los Angeles in 2000 led her to discover that she was a California girl at heart. Soon, she lost her Southern accent & gained an appreciation for hugging trees.

She worked in the entertainment industry for 6 years before taking reprieve to travel, sleep, change diapers, and throw parties. Throwing parties and tree hugging led her to start bash eco-events in 2007.

We use post-consumer recycled paper for business cards, invitations, envelopes & stationary. We encourage clients to use sustainable caterers who use seasonal, local, organic produce. We ensure there is recycling & composting wherever possible at all events. We never endorse plastic, or other products that will end up in a landfill.
In efforts to further the celebration of the planet, each time a client hires bash, we donate a portion of the fee to A MILLION TREES LA to plant more trees in my great, big city. Trees are precious living organisms that create oxygen and renew the life cycle of our Mother Earth.
