TECHNIQUE

"FOLD IN" using a down-across-upand-over motion with the spatula in the mixing bowl

Mix all ingredients together, fold in chocolate chips. Line a pan with parchment paper and spread the dough into a thin rectangle. Bake at 325 degrees for 14-18 minutes (depending on how thin you make it). You want it to be golden. Let cool completely, then break into pieces and enjoy! L&H
