Welcome to the 10th annual Celebrating Women Who Move the Nation (CWWMN) awards ceremony, hosted by the Conference of Minority Transportation Officials (COMTO). In observance of Women’s History Month, COMTO recognizes and honors remarkable women making meaningful contributions to the transportation industry across modes, and forging a path of upward mobility for the next generation as glass ceilings are shattered.

In a moment of reflection and gratitude, we are thankful to have the opportunity to celebrate in-person, after nearly two years navigating pandemic related disruption. As we embrace a hybrid world, we are also proud to have virtual guests joining the celebration from across North America.

The 2022 CWWMN honorees are a phenomenal group of women representing a wide variety of transportation modes and professions including: Advocacy, Aeronautics, Aviation, Federal Service, Local Government, Logistics, Micro Mobility, the Private and Public Sectors and Transit. These trailblazers embody all that COMTO stands for, a representation of leadership in transportation reflecting the complex mosaic of those served.
