POLCEVERA PARK AND RED CIRCLE

Located in Cornigliano, a part of the city which will undergo important transformation in the next few years, starting from the Polcevera Park, this building was a mill in the XVIII century. It was the turned into military barracks and bakery but is now included in a project for enhancement and collective flexible public use. Respectful architectural refurbishment will mingle with innovative facilities and technologies for modern high standard results. A study of historic interventions will help establish listed spaces and those where a more substantial renovation is possible.

The project is divided in two phases:

• Securing and tender are planned in 2022; project and realization in 2025, with opportunity of public private partnerships.

• Dedicated public funds (regional, national, European) can be used as well as sponsorships.
