CHICKEN PESTO PASTA YOU WILL NEED:
METHOD:
4 Birds Eye Original Char Grills
1: Pre heat the oven as per the instructions on the packet of Birds Eye Chargrilled Chicken Breasts, and then place on a baking tray with the tomatoes and cook for the recommended time.
10-12 Cherry tomatoes 300g Wholewheat fusilli pasta 100g Birds Eye Green Frozen Peas 2 table spoons of Pesto (either green or red can work!) 1 can sweet corn
2: Place the pasta in a pan of boiling water and cook as per the instructions. 3: In another saucepan, boil the peas until cooked through. 4: Drain the pasta and stir in the pesto, peas and sweetcorn. 5: Take the Birds Eye Chargrilled Chicken Breasts and tomatoes out of the oven. You can easily remove the skin from the roasted tomatoes if your little ones are a bit fussy. 6: Slice the chicken and layer on top of the pasta with the tomatoes. Serve and enjoy!

CRISPY FISH FINGER PIE YOU WILL NEED:
METHOD:
1 Packet Birds Eye 10 Omega 3 Fish Fingers
1: Wash and peel the potatoes then cook in boiling water until tender, drain.
4 Large potatoes 240g Birds Eye Frozen Garden Peas 375g 2tbsp. grated cheese
2: Cook the fish fingers as per pack instructions. 3: Cook the peas as per pack instructions. 4: Assemble the pie by putting the cooked fish fingers in the base of the dish, then top with the peas and then cover the top with the mashed potatoes, sprinkle with grated cheese. 5: Place under grill for 5 minutes to melt and brown the cheese, or you can put it in the oven for approximately 20 minutes at 200°c.
