ABOUT US The world around us is changing faster than ever. People are “connected” while they work, while they travel and while they socialize. Different worlds merge into hybrid interiors. Old standards suddenly don’t apply anymore…. Devices have made us mobile and afford their users increasingly flexible activities which change at a faster pace than ever before. Our philosophy is that furniture should optimally support these diverse activities, such as short notebook sessions or small group meetings, in an acoustically improved environment where mobile communication devices can be charged and connected to the network, and should also adapt to every environment, to every style. WHAT WE DO

SERVICE CONCEPTUAL is at your disposal and supports you in the day-to-day business with quotations and order administration, advice on specials, performant logistics and space planning, offering a complete set of 2D and 3D space planning tools and space planning advice. Fabric swatches can be sent on request.

LOGISTICS With a weekly service with our own trucks, we serve the majority of our customer base guaranteeing quick lead times and avoiding the usual damages of consolidated transports. On request, we can support you with the assembly of the furniture at the place of installation.

WARRANTY Our production plant is ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified and we dispose of a 20 year long experience in the field of upholstery, done by a team of more than 60 passionate employees proud of the high quality standard we manufacture for you. The ELEMENTS range is manufactured under license of Interior Unlimited International.

QUALITY CONTROL CONCEPTUAL has set stringent standards in regard to quality control with a 100% check of the incoming materials, intermediate quality checks at each production stage and final quality control before packing, assuring that the overall build quality of the modules meets the high design standards.

WAREHOUSE Besides the factory, CONCEPTUAL disposes of a warehouse in Geleen, The Netherlands. In order to reduce our ecological footprint to a minimum, we avoid packing material wherever possible, especially when we transport with our own trucks. Big project orders are sent in bulk packaging.

PRODUCTION With CONCEPTUAL you will find a genuine one-stop shopping partner as we donâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;t only tell interesting stories but offer all services in one hand, from product design to space planning, commercial advise and last but not least production, logistics and after sales service. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION NOSAG SPRINGS Inside the seats Nosag springs increase the comfort. These metal springs protect the quality of the surface because the flexibility of the foam on top will remain longer and wrinkles in the fabric will be avoided.

FSC CERTIFICATION Our production plant is FSC certified and operates with a network of FSC certified suppliers.

KNOCKDOWN TRANSPORT CABIN is ‘flat packed’ in order to reduce the volume during transport and to guarantee they fit in the elevator. With special ‘connection clickers’ the different upholstered components can be assembled at location.

USE OF MATERIALS The carcass is made of chipboard birch, plywood and flexible bent wood panels. The plint, steel legs or floor cover and column leg are made of powder coated steel. The entire product is covered with different types of polyether foam. The panels are filled with recycled cotton fiber for optimum acoustics.

FLAMABILITY All foam in upholstered products is covered with a fire retardant membrane that meets

the BS 5852 standard.

FLEXIBLE ALL-ROUNDER CLARK is our no-nonsense answer to the most diverse aspects of flexible working. With its straight, down-to-earth and efficient design and performant acoustics it offers a wide scope of solutions, from lounge to meeting pod. The optimal working top fit of the flip-top seater makes it a full size working space in its own right. The stitched pattern in seats and backs prevent from wrinkling and make the range perfectly suitable for public areas. The sofa modules come with powder coated steel or solid oak legs.

ACOUSTIC SANDWICH SCREENS With a height of 136 cm, the high screens of the CLARK seats offer a sheltered environment with optimum acoustics, ideally suited for concentrated work and informal meeting scenarios. The sandwich construction made of 2 thin hardboard panels is filled inside with a thick layer of acoustic recycled cotton fiber. The sound waves created by people talking inside a CLARK meeting POD or having a phone call conversation inside a flip-top seater will be fully absorbed by the acoustic fiber inside the screens. The sound waves can enter the acoustic fiber through the perforations of the inner hardboard panels. The outer hardboard panels will prevent these soundwaves to spread to the surrounding environment. This benefits the user inside but also the rest of the people working in the same space at the same time.

Especially the zig zag module is a unique proposition combining space economy with originality. The modularity is based on complete sofa modules, thus optically reducing the vertical seams. The 150 cm high modules offer optimum acoustics, especially in meeting pod configurations. KNOCKDOWN TRANSPORT The upper part of the backrest of the HIGH- & HIGH+ series are separated during transport to reduce the volume and can be mounted at location without the use of tools. The steel legs are separately as well and are easy to mount at the bottom of each module with 4 bolts.

USE OF MATERIALS The carcass is made of chipboard, plywood and flexible bent wood panels. The legs are made of powder coated steel. The entire product is covered with different types of polyether foam.

FLAMABILITY All foam in upholstered products is covered with a fire retardant membrane that meets

UNLIMITED MODULARITY ELEMENTS is our premium range and consists of some 80 different building blocks which are all part of a modular system. The different seating and integrated table elements can almost endlessly be connected and reconfigured, with integrated power and data supply and many interesting functional details in order to support activity based working in the best possible way.. ELEMENTS adapts to every environment, to every style and optimally supports diverse activities. The straight, square, corner and rounded seating modules can be easily connected, without the use of tools, and completed with the loose furniture elements, making the layout adaptable in the future and ensuring optimal use of the available square meters with plenty of room for creativity.

DETAILS CONNECTORS The different models of the ELEMENTS range have fully integrated connectors at one or both sides in order to connect them to the adjacent element. Each order will be based on a 3D drawing of the entire configuration in order to determine the amount of connectors that is required. Especially when the configuration is placed on a smooth floor, these brackets prevent the individual seating modules of the configuration from moving away from each another.

PLINTH OR WORKTOP The backrests of all HIGH and MID modules are devided into two parts with a horizontal 18mm thick plinth in between. All elements with an intermediate plinth are also available with a worktop at the backside.

FABRIC SELECTION Order processing requires indication of the inside and outside fabric type and colour of each element (or the entire configuration). Different colours and fabric ranges can be mixed. The fabric ranges are presented in 5 different price levels.

ADJUSTABLE FEET All elements are provided with minimum 4 floor levellers allowing to adjust the height in case of uneven floors.

LED SPOTLIGHT The HIGH versions of the CONNECT series have the possibility to integrate a round 3 watt LED-spotlight. Only the 30cm wide CONNECTING models can be equipped with this option. The light fixture is provided with a CE certificate and a 2 meter long power cord with plug. By tilting the spotlight by 180 degrees, the light will be switched off.

BUILT-IN POWER SOCKET In the vertical surface of the covers, as well as in the upholstered backside, a standard built-in power socket with one power sockets and usb port can optionally be integrated. The horizontal surfaces of the connect modules can be equipped with a pull-out power module.

LACQUERED VENEER COVERS The high quality wood covers of the CONNECT and BRIDGE models are made of bent plywood, laminated with lacquered veneer. The environmentally friendly coating avoids scratches in the surface. The 3 different colour options are indicated below and correspond to the colour options of the plinths and table tops, creating a uniformal look.

MUSHROOM TABLE Worktop and base of the MUSHROOM TABLES are made of one and the same material. The conic base is a composition of stacked round panels creating a unique texture in which the joint lines merge with the horizontal lines of the multiplex. The edge of the work top continues this horizontal pattern and makes the top blend together with the base. The mat surface of the Fenix lamination on top creates a beautiful contrast with the ridge texture of the base and edge. The weight of the base easily supports a 140cm diameter worktop, leaving plenty of leg space underneath. The MUSHROOM TABLES come in different heights and diameters. The edge of the work top and the base are lacquered with a transparent, ecofriendly coating.

LOUNGE CHAIRS The CONCEPTUAL lounge chair collection is based on the same principles as the modular sofa systems. The lounge chairs come in different heights and all chairs are available with a wide range of fabric colours and floor bases with different finishes. The name of the SHELTER chair explains the function of the high backrest with the acoustic ‘ears’ sticking out to create optimal acoustics and privacy. The backrest of TUB-XL is lower and the TUB variant has no extended backrest. The different bases in solid wood, bent steel or aluminium are available in different finishes making the perfect combination with the selected fabric colour. The swivel option of the central column bases enables a 360 ° rotation, ideal for an open lounge setting of 2 or 3 chairs together with a matching side or coffee table.

OUR FACTORY

OUR FACTORY Our manufacturing plant with 70 fully committed employees is based near Wroclaw, Poland but is owned and managed by a Dutch family for more than 20 years. A local network of suppliers makes it possible to manufacture a wide range of different products in the required short lead times the furniture market is demanding nowadays. Assembling of the wood carcasses and entire upholstery is done by our own staff. Steel parts and other components are made by factories based within a range of 50 km in order to ensure optimum flexibility and reduce our ecological footprint. Small hardware parts like spotlights, power sockets, chair bases and table legs are on stock in different colours and finishes. Projects in the Benelux and Germany are delivered on a weekly base with our own transport and our Dutch warehouse in Geleen enables limited storage of products in case of a delay of the installation date. Customers can also collect goods from this address in the Netherlands. Our factory is ISO certified and works according to todayâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s manufacturing standards. Waste material is carefully separated per material category and recycled when possible. Old foam parts are shredded and used again for acoustic fillings. Fabric waste is collected and used for recycled fabrics. Cardboard and plastic packaging is 100% separated. Passion for making innovative high quality furniture that last long is our drive.

MATERIALS Our material selection is a symbiosis of sophisticated fabrics, leather, steel, aluminium, laminates and wood veneers aiming at creating a cosy atmosphere in which the user can work, communicate and relax in the best possible circumstances whilst enjoying full functionality.

CRAFTMANSHIP Our products combine high tech production processes (e.g. CNC manufactured carcasses guaranteeing a continuous high quality and accurate dimensions) with craftsmanship and love for detail on the finishing side with special focus on upholstery.

UPHOLSTERY As upholstery is our core business, we pay special attention to the finish of our seating elements, with e.g. the double radiuses on the bottom side of the ELEMENTS rounded corners and high quality stitching details. Combined with the high degree of modularity, this distinguishes our upholstered furniture from the mainstream soft seating products.

USE OF RECYCLED MATERIALS & WATERBASED GLUE

At CONCEPTUAL we commit ourselves to sustainability, taking care to be environmentally conscious from the beginning to the end of our manufacturing process and offering compelling solutions for the end of life cycles issues. Our factory is FSC certified and our standard fabric range is free of heavy metals. No PVC has been integrated. The polyether foam and the fabrics can be recycled and optionally be replaced by a biodegradable variant. The steel components come with a 30% recycled steel percentage. Our acoustic products are provided with recycled cotton fibre.

The payment conditions can vary per order. For dealers of Conceptual the payment condition is 30 days from the date of invoice for orders of € 30.000,00 or less. For orders above € 30.000,00 payment conditions are subject to prior agreement. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF ORDERS

All orders will be acknowledged in writing to the customer with reference to the quotation made by Conceptual. Please contact our sales department as soon as possible if there are any amendments to your order. Conceptual cannot be held responsible for customer error or omissions. Once an acknowledgement has been sent, the order will go into production. Any amendment requests received after this date may be chargeable.
