As a former Brooklynite, I moved to the South Bay area of Southern California in 1973. My path as a Brooklyn College Graduate with a degree in Education, led me to Real Estate Sales in 1979. So for over 38 years, I have been educating both sellers and buyers thru the residential real estate maze of marketing, pricing, choosing neighborhoods and dream homes, financing, appraisal and escrow. Giving a KEY to a first-time or move up buyer is a culmination of the dream of home ownership. I have received many Top Producing awards, Million Dollar Clubs, Agent of the Year; but the best reward is my happy clients. Off hours ... hmmm - I am a fan of live theater. So, I volunteer at Little Fish Theatre in San Pedro and well as the Torrance Theatre Co in Old Torrance. I am on the Board of the Friends of the Torrance Theatre Co as well as the Torrance Rose Float Association Board of Director/Secretary. Personal I moved to Southern California in 1973 from Brooklyn, NY. I lived by the beach in Brooklyn. I graduated from Abraham Lincoln HS and Brooklyn College with a degree in Education. Relocating to Torrance … well I am still only 10 minutes to the Beach. It’s the weather! Having enjoyed Broadway theater in NY, it was an easy transition to becoming involved with local theater groups. I am a volunteer at Little Fish Theater in San Pedro; and a Board Member for the Friends of the Torrance Theatre Co in downtown Torrance. I keep up with the dynamics of an Homeowners Association by being a Board Member. I enjoy traveling around the United States visiting family and seeing our wonderful country as well as watching movies and business building events. My spiritual family is very important to me.
