We understand our team is our biggest asset

And we like to think it’s why we have team members who have been at Concorde for over 10 years and many who started their careers with us and have stayed with us as they have progressed. We are big on promoting from within and giving the training and opportunity to help you take that next step.

We love to celebrate peoples achievements and successes, both professional and personal, as well as supporting them through the tougher times that life sometimes throws at us.

We recognise and reward hard work and we like to party with regular company funded socials, both in and out of the office, including an all expenses paid day out at the Doncaster Races St Leger’s Cup and a fantastic Christmas party where we all eat, drink and generally be merry!

We also have team nominations to reward those who have gone above and beyond, company awards at the end of the year for our star players, Feast Friday with free lunch every month and every one gets a little treat on their birthday. These are just a few of the things you can look forward to as part of life at Concorde.
