Early Years Songkran Ceremony

The EY Songkran Ceremony in this school year was the first time for nearly all of the students as we didn’t have this event for about 3 years.

K3 representative students were outstanding while presenting the significance of Songkran. The students learned about Thai culture through this meaningful ceremony. After that they all had a great time with Songkran water play. Everyone was excited and had a fantastic time!!!

PY Songkran Celebration 2023

This year the PY students participated in the watering ceremonies that were held in the Grand Theater in the morning. We also had the Riak Kwan Ceremony for G5 students and a water-pouring Ceremony for all students. During the ceremony, many PY students demonstrated and showed their talent for beautiful Thai dance and Thai classical music during the ceremony.

Then in the afternoon, everyone enjoyed the water activities together at the mini soccer field and cooled down with ice-cream at the end of the day. It is absolutely great to have the celebration of Songkran back to see everyone have had such a blast getting each other wet.

Overall, this year’s Songkran celebration is one of our best yet, with great performances and student-led activities.
