PREFACE.
My sole purpose in publishing More Magic for Magicians is a desire to share with others some of the good things that I have enjoyed in the World of Magic. In describing the various effects produced I have been particularly explicit in delineating the method and all of the "moves" required; knowing that every art has its technique, which is vital to it. The "patter" with its scenery and humor has been cut out in the technical denouement of the effects; leaving that to the talent of the performer. Each of us is a personality and our talk is the expression of that personality. If a performer cannot give a "talk-fest" in his own way, he should never even dream of doing magic.
