1:00pm Registration 1:30 – 3:00pm Meet Cory Conacher and hear his story about living with Type 1 diabetes and playing professional hockey Also hear from Michelle Sorensen, a Clinical Psychological Associate, who will speak about how to increase your motivation for change and how to cope with some of the emotional challenges of living with diabetes 3:30pm – Ice hockey time with Cory Conacher with some of his AHL/NHL teammates for children 18 years and under living with Type 1 diabetes at Carleton University Ice House
*Participants must register for the hockey clinic and have full hockey equipment to play. Please also indicate the preferred hockey position. A waiver must be completed prior to any child going on the ice.
