On Saturday, April 22, 2023 the Glastonbury Parks and Recreation Department along with Rehab K-9 held the first annual Pooch Prom at the Riverfront Park and Glastonbury Dog Park in Glastonbury. Adoptable puppies from Lucky Dog Refuge in Stamford recently visited the NYC offices of the National Hockey League for their debut on “NHL Mash-Up,” hosted by Kathryn Tappen and former NHL player Dominic Moore. To top off an already exciting day, three of the “Stanley pups” were adopted by NHL staff members who fell in love with them!
