Statement of problems: Sub District cuisine.( Bualoy dessert.) Bualoy dessert is one of the important Bandanlanhoi Cuisine of The purpose of this tradition is to donate daily utensils in baskets for ancestors. But now new generation in my community don’t know how important of this Cuisine is, and don’t know how to decorate Bualoy dessert., too. So, I do this project to conserve and convince new generation of my community to know the value of this tradition and conserve it for further generations. Objectives: Sub District cuisine.( Bualoy dessert.) - To study about community and community culture of Sukhothai and Bandanlanhoi in topic of Bualoy dessert, enables me to develop an understanding of my place within my community and conserve it. - To compare my experience with my friends and learner aboard, specifically in my own community, country. - To use English in order to exchange information and communicate effectively. Tradition of Nongmakong community. Bualoy dessert
Ingredient 1 glutinous rice flour
4. coconut cream
2 Pumpkin
5. sugar
3. Roselle
Method
1 Mix the rice flour with enough water to make a stiff paste. The Pumpkin should be added to the water before mixing with the rice flour.
2. Knead well and then form pea-sized balls.
3. Bring a large pot of water to a boil, toss in the balls and remove when they float to the surface. Drain
4. Bring half the coconut cream to a boil, stirring constantly to prevent it from separating, then add the flour balls
5. When the mixture returns to a boil, remove from heat and stir in the remaining coconut cream.
6.Serve as dessert in small bowls. Thais often add sweet corn kernels to the final product .
