BETTER COMMUNITY BETTER LIFE: COMMUNITY CULTURE BANDANLANHOI DISTRICT, SUKHOTHAI Title: Khanom Dok Din Author: Nutchareeyawadee (suba_26Nutchareeya) Advisors: Ms. Janson Konna, Mr. KittiPong Thaiwat, Mr. Akkrachai Suriya, Mrs. Chisa Takwanna, Ms. Jeerapha Tancharoen and Ms. Watchara Yaemmaak. Statement of problem: Khanhom Dok Din is one of the typical dessert of Nongtao people. The Dok din (Aeginetia indica) is flower which is usually having flower in rainy season and in the forest, too. The Dok din (Aeginetia indica ) is a kind of herbal which is good for health. It is used medicinally for clearing away heat and toxic materials. It can be found easily around our village . But now new generation in my community (Nongtao village) don’t know its value and how to make this dessert is. This project is to conserve and convince new generation of my community (Nong tao village ) to know the value of dessert and conserve it for further generation. Objectives: - To study about community and community culture of Sukhothai and Bandanlanhoi in topic of Dok Din dessert , enables me to develop an understanding of my place within my community and conserve it. - To compare my experience with my friends and leaner aboard, specifically un my own community country. - To use English in order to exchange information and communicate effectively. - Plan 1. Study and research the tourist spots of Sukhothai. 2. community culture investigation & survey 3. community culture branding presentation 4. compare the experience with leaner aboard 5. Better Community Better Life presentation and exhibition ( at School or Community ) Process:
