The Oregon Duck’s Hockey team is a Division II Club sport sanctioned within the ACHA (American Collegiate Hockey Association) and the Pac-8 Conference. Playing for the Oregon Ducks is a unique experience for students, attending and representing a high-caliber NCAA powerhouse in the Pacific Northwest commands a lot of attention for the team, giving the UO Club Sport a distinct advantage over many Pacific Northwestern colleges.

If you or your company is interested in partnering with one of the highest level collegiate hockey programs on the West Coast, Oregon Hockey will provide a steady, credible, and community driven platform to advertise your business to our local, and national audience. The team, absent of faculty or University assistance, is responsible for funding its own practice and game ice rentals, marketing, promotions, transportation, lodging costs, managerial duties, and fundraising -- A huge task for a team of full-time students. FREE ONLINE COVERAGE All of our home games, and most of our away games, are live broadcasted online. Parents, family, friends, and coaches will be able to watch your games and participate in team related activities through our broadcast department. The broadcast frequently runs social media contests, giveaways, and interacts with its audience via facebook, twitter, and the Ustream social stream, allowing parents and fans to participate in on-screen discussions. Why oregon hockey? Oregon Hockey is the fastest paced, hardest hitting, and one of the most exhilarating Oregon sports to spectate in person or online. Because of the burden of huge expenses that we must shoulder in order to play an entire season, we have never had the resources available to focus on marketing our brand. Until now. In fact, we faced a crippling $13,000 of debt from the 2012-2013 season, putting the entire 2013-2014 season in jeopardy unless we were able to drag ourselves out of the red. Thanks to fundraising efforts from team members and community partners, we were able to eliminate most of our debt and keep our historic team alive. Now, thanks to relentlessly hard work from Oregon students, in and outside of the locker room, we now are streaming all of our home games and most of our away games online to our fans across the country for free. Our broadcast is young, but is already gaining an impressive following. Our first two broadcasts were viewed by over 700 people over two days, without any sort of formal advertising or partnerships to boost our traffic. We work hard everyday to create a clean, professional, broadcast worthy of highly talented journalists. If you play for Oregon Hockey, you are not just playing for a team of dedicated students who continue to obsess over their passion, but you are supporting and spreading the Oregon Hockey brand. We schedule community building events, such as “Skate with the Ducks� for friends and families of the University of Oregon, among many other opportunities for community involvement.
