While initially realizing his den of desire, he is later scared by a strange dream which just couldn’t provide any meaning to him. After about a year of studying in college, he joins a study group which is passionate about been professors as well, they bonded together and became close friends. One day they got a practical assignment to make a documentary of an historical event concerning scientific research. As a group, they agreed to choose the well-known story which is popular throughout the college, non-other than the ancient witchcraft professor who was murdered On October 17, 1776. After a trip to the location which no one has visited since that tragic incident, Thomas understood the dream he had for so long, they found something extra ordinary and became the first youngest scientific group to make such discovery. To them, it was a job well done and a popular recognition for themselves, however, what was fun appeared to be fun turned out to be the rebirth of the ancient witchcraft professor, Augustus Valentine. During the misplacement of the evidence brought back by the group, Jerry, one of the group members, was accidentally given the wrong blood though a transfusion experiment, he then became possessed by demons and started acting differently. It is now up to Thomas to put a stop to the many missing young virgins as well as new born children. Continue reading…

Blood of the Witchcraft Professor CHAPTER ONE: Final Ritual In October 1775, world renowned scientist and professor, as well as witchcraft worker, (Augustus Valentine) this he kept as a secret for many years; figured that he could prolong the lives of people who had life threatening circumstances by means of blood transfusion. As a witchcraft worker, he was very careful and optimistic of what he does. Eventually he got old, very sick and weak and it wasn’t long after that the villagers found out that he worked witchcraft and got very aggressive and decided that he didn’t deserve to live any longer. On October 17, 1776 when Augustus Valentine didn’t expect the worst to happen, the villagers barged into his house and captured him and took him out side, then they all took turn in beating him to their satisfaction of disappointment. Sadly, he was too old to defend himself, so, he laid there helplessly. After they were satisfied, they hang him by the feet to a tall tree. Later that evening, a student of his who was watching from a far was moved with pity to assist him. He gently unties the professor from the tree and wrapped him with garments because he was bleeding and was very cold and shivering. Eventually, the student started panicking because of not knowing how to assist further. Very slowly Mr. Valentine raised his right arm and said; Son; come closer and listen carefully (So the student drew closer in fear) Mr. Valentine:

I need you to do me a favour, so listen carefully; I want you to get the syringe on my working table along with the small jar beside it.

Student:

Ok professor, what must I do with them?

Mr. Valentine:

I want you to help me finish this research by sharing your blood, I can’t tell you everything, however, you’ll figure out when the time is right, I swear that you will never be hurt, all I need are three jars of your blood. When you are done taking out yours, I want you to contain the same amount of mine, seal the top then wrap it for preservation.

Student:

Professor, that’s madness, an abomination?

Mr. Valentine:

God has forgiven us many times when we did things for our best interest?

Student:

But...!!!

Mr. Valentine:

Ssshhhh, be silent for a good cause. Remember that I can’t tell you everything, now, use the syringe to insert into me, I believe that other people’s blood can help prolong the lives of others.

Student:

Ok fine, the eyes of the most high are on you. How will this work professor?

Mr. Valentine:

We won’t know until tomorrow, now go on home to your people and say nothing of what you done here today, don’t ever come back to see me, you hear me son?

Student:

Yes sir, but…

Mr. Valentine:

Stop talking and leave this instance!

Blood of the Witchcraft Professor After the student left the house, the professor began his final ritual with one drop of his blood, he begged the spirits of the outer realm to watch over the remaining of his blood to time indefinite. The following day, the villagers found out that he had been removed from the tree, so they went searching and found him at home. Upon arriving, there was a thick mist around his house with sounds like that of humans chanting. The villagers wanted to force entry, but were unsuccessful; they couldn’t have fought the mist surrounding the professor’s house. The was heavy wind, lightning and thunder, tree limbs blowing around and heavy dust from the ground. They eventually got overly anxious, and as anticipated as they were, they began burning the house. It burned to the ground and they left.

Because of his influential involvement in the village, and for his generous offer of medical education offered to the young ones of the village, his story lives on as that of a legend. The leaders of the village organized and passed a law that no one should visit that location without permission for historical protective reasons. They believe that the area has been cursed and if protected by dark forces. Many years after the death of Mr. Valentine, the villagers were haunted by spirits. Some say that it was the professor’s spirit which was not at rest. Eventually the villagers were forced to evacuate because of intensive torment from the spirits.

Blood of the Witchcraft Professor CHAPTER TWO: The Bewildering Dream

Nearly 245 years have passed and the story of the witchcraft professor still lives on in books, TV shoes, bedtime stories and camping stores. One day in the year 2020, Thomas who is a 32-years old medical student undergoing studies got a very disturbing dream which has him shocked after a short sleep in the library on campus.

It was early one Saturday afternoon and Thomas was tired and drowsy, so he gave in to a quick nap. During his sleep he had a dream of himself in an accident which left him in a critical situation. Even though he was a light sleeper, this time he was lost in dreaming as if he hadn’t slept for years. In the dream, he was brought to a hospital and was offered a blood transfusion which he bluntly refused. He was fighting for his belief of not supporting blood transfusion in any means. The dream was not easy to control so he started screaming. One of his colleagues, Matt, heard him and started shaking him and calling his name until he finally woke up. He was so tired that he was breathing heavily like a fish out of water with a frightening look on his face. LATER THAT DAY It was about 11:30pm that night that he fell asleep again. He eventually got the same dream he had in the afternoon and this time the dream has gone further. In the dream, he was given the transfusion which caused him to act strangely; he was also given the name Augustus Valentine. He started acting very strange and everyone was sceptic of his behaviours. He eventually started fighting the dream again and woke up with the same emotion as was earlier that day and was afraid of going back to sleep. SUNDAY MORNING He decided to start a research on the famous profession known as Augustus Valentine; he wanted to find out why that name came up in his dream and why he was able to continue the same dream. Even though he was aware of the stories about this humbled witchcraft professor, he just wants to know more, and the library could provide enough information on this historical event. It was then that he thought of visiting the area which the professor lived. He influenced friends to take an adventurous and historical trip. So, Jerry, Josh, Samantha and Yolanda who are also medical students agreed to follow along. As a group, they considered this travel as the project for their research assignments. This is a group of young persons who believed in fun and excitement; nothing is too scary to erase their vast curiosity of historical places.

Blood of the Witchcraft Professor CHAPTER THREE: Home town of Augustus Valentine Upon arriving, the team was filled with joy. They had a high level of anxiety because of knowing that they were the first in many years to visit that village after the villagers were forced by dark forces to evacuate following the death of the witchcraft professor. Samantha:

This place is gross and creepy; I wonder what’s in store for us. Guys! Can I head back to London now!

Jerry:

Yeah, you can, remember my greeting card when you get there!

Yolanda:

Jerry, get a life, you are a prick, and you know that?

Jerry: (In a sarcastic tone) Know what? wait, hold it! Your boyfriend is more a man than I am! Oh please, Thomas The girls are scared, maybe we should get going. Thomas:

Guys, Guys! Cut it out, we are here to make history, not a kids house, have you got all your stuff?

Josh:

Yes, let’s find this burned place and get the hell out of here.

Thomas told the pilot keep in touch and come back in two days. Then they proceeded to the elders of the new village to get permission entry. As they approached the villagers, they were steered at as if they are ghosts.

Samantha:

Something tells me that we are not welcome here, I need my mom. Thomas, hurry up!

Jerry: better!

Chicken head, can you please shut up? My knees are already turning jelly and your mouth isn’t making it

Thomas:

Ok guys, cut it oouuttt!!! Wait here as I go and talk with these people.

Thomas came out rushing with a smile

Thomas: Guys, this place is really creepy and stinks, let’s go and make history, we got the permit. They said we should proceed at our own risk, but keep these beads for protection. Thomas:

Seriously Thomas, that’s just… uuurrrgggghhhh! Let me remind you that we are normal people.?

Blood of the Witchcraft Professor

So the group walked towards the location of the witchcraft professor’s house. When they got there, they saw broken burned brick walls, very tall bushes, spider webs, dirt yard and lots of crows flying around in stable wind.

Jerry:

Guys come and look at this!

Yolanda:

Is this really the tree which the hanged the professor by the legs? Those villagers were really ungodly?

Jerry:

They sure are, but where do you get off by talking about God, you don’t believe in God!

Samantha:

Jerry, I think you need to shut up or act like an adult, she didn’t say there was no God, you fool!

Thomas:

Come on guys, cut out stuff.

Josh:

Jerry, it appears you want to get laid

The day went well as each one pitches their own tent. Dinner was great and they began having fun in the open air. Eventually, Thomas told them to get rest for the next day. (Searching the area for anything in connection to his dream) Early the following morning everyone started their search, even though they were not sure what they were looking for. Hours had past and it was getting dark.

Jerry:

Thomas, exactly what are we looking for here? Why did we get here anyway?

Samantha:

Jerry, we came here to find you a life!

Josh:

(In a displeased tone) What is it with you two? I’ve had it with you

Jerry:

What are you now? A peace keeper!

Josh:

(Aggressively approaching Jerry) Why not let me show you where peace will come from!

Thomas:

(Rushing towards them) Ok! Ok! Let me explain why we are, now stop fighting, what’s wrong with you guys? A few weeks ago I had this strange dream twice for the same day. At first, it was in the library, I was fighting and screaming. When I got home, I had the same dream starting where I left it. In the dream I was in a terrible accident and I was forced to accept a blood transfusion, I was fighting and then at a different phase I heard someone call me Augustus Valentine, that’s when I woke up breathing heavily like fish on dry land. The dream seemed real and it got me thinking. Why did I get a dream that I am Augustus Valentine…?

Blood of the Witchcraft Professor Samantha:

Thanks Thomas, so much for school assignment

Yolanda:

Yeah right!

Josh:

So, what are you saying, that you were contacted by the famous professor? This sucks, we are here because of one stupid dream? I don’t want to hear any more of this. (He walks away towards the burned area)

Thomas:

(In a calm tone) Relax guys, I am not insinuating anything, all I’m saying is that something is not right, maybe it’s just a divine inspiration for us to be successful with our assignments.

Jerry:

Maybe Thomas is right, so let’s get on with this search, we are only here for three days, we have nothing and it is already dawn, we will be leaving tomorrow.

Yolanda:

Thomas, I’m really glad that you asked me to be a part of this search, it was just a dream ok, let’s put it behind us, and let us focus on our assignment now. You should have been straight up from the beginning.

Thomas:

Thanks Yolanda, ok, let’s get working.

So Thomas spat Yolanda on her right shoulder with a pleased expression and, he takes the opportunity of telling the team how important this trip is to him.

Jerry shouts out!!! Jerry:

Guys, hey guys! Come and look at this

Samantha:

What is it Jerry?

When they get where Jerry was, he showed them a skeleton. They all drew nearer in astonishment and curiosity.

Thomas:

Holy smokes, this the remaining of the famous professor

Jerry:

Cool! Was he rich?

Samantha:

Why are you thinking that way, you moron! (Samantha pats Jerry on the shoulder and they all laughed)

Thomas:

No he wasn’t but the ring on his left index finger must worth hundreds.

Jerry:

I will get it!

Immediately after removing the ring, there was a slight shaking of the area and heavy breeze blowing, their tents were blown down and lots of dust around for a long while. They were all scared and didn’t know what was happening.

Yolanda:

Guys, are we in for a treat or what?

Samantha:

I think Jerry woke up the professor!

Thomas:

What the hell just happened?

Josh:

Yow Thomas, you need to look at this, there is something in the mouth, take it out.

Jerry:

What is it?

Samantha:

Yeah, what is it?

Thomas:

It appears to be a jar used by scientist over 200 years ago, he must have been hiding something from the fire.

Samantha:

Like what?

Yolanda:

Medication?

Thomas:

Yeah, something like that, I don’t know guys.

Josh:

I think that we should leave it alone. What if something happens?

Thomas:

Something like what?

Josh:

Something like in the movie called The Mummies!

Thomas:

Josh get real, nothing like that will happen, we need this evidence to prove our find if we are to create history.

Jerry:

I think so too, we are the first to come here after the fire, and don’t you see the exposure of bravery that we will get?

Blood of the Witchcraft Professor CHAPTER FOUR: Lab Test Went Wrong

They were all sceptic yet excited as a result of the finding, but what really captivated them is the fact that there was a jar in the skeleton’s mouth. On their way home, they were looking at each other as if they had all done something wrong. Thomas asked his team members to keep the find a secret. (Back in London) They were finally got home and were all exhausted from that long trip, so Thomas asked them to stay at his place since his home was the first on the list; however, there was still a problem for some one.

Jerry:

I still don’t think we are doing the best thing by taking what is not ours, what if we… you know what am saying, don’t you Thomas?

Samantha:

No Jerry, he or none of us gets what you are saying, so why don’t you stop been a prick and tell us what you…

Jerry:

Ok! Ok! Ok! What if we… you know… (At this point, everyone looks at him in anticipation and sarcasm)

Jerry:

Unleash something!!!

Josh:

Can someone please shoot this guy in the head? (Everyone laughed at him)

They all had a great time and then sleep in the living room

Blood of the Witchcraft Professor (Next morning during class, students were asked to explain their assignment and Thomas took the opportunity to first volunteer. As he walked toward the front of the class, his friends steered at him with satisfaction.) Thomas: (Proud face)

Good morning everyone, this past week, my team mates and I took an exciting and adventurous journey to a significant finding at a place where no one revisited over 200 years. It is to us very meaningful, so at this moment I’m taking the opportunity to thank my fellow team mates who made this possible to the greatest extent, they are Samantha, Yolanda, Josh and Jerry, thanks to our sponsors, and thanks to this institution for providing the opportunity for us to use our skills and techniques learned over the past one year. We have chosen for our assignment, the popular Professor Augustus Valentine of 1776.

(At this moment, everyone all murmured in surprise and great concern. Someone at the back of the class said that the effort is commendable.)

Thomas: (Continues…)

While we were at the location, we were scared as there were weird sounds and heavy wind like those scary movies. Never the less, we found something which is quite phenomenal to the history of the professor’s death. Josh made the find and called our attention. We thought it was impossible, but we managed to accept the fact that we have found... Ladies and Gentlemen... An unusual small vessel of what seems to be blood preserved in the jaws of the professor’s remains. We also found a ring on the finger bone which appears to be solid gold; it is our decision to further this research in order to find out why this blood is being preserved. Until then, give it up for the young scientists!!!

As he walked back to his seat, the applaud continued. His team mates shook his hands.

Professor Johnson:

Well josh, you and your team members most certainly did a great job. I don’t know if you have realized that you are the first to set foot at that location since the villagers were chased away by evil forces, and because of your great deal of research and bravery, I will make sure that you are recognized by the state for this kind of job well done. See you next time in the Guinness Book of World Record. Let’s hear it one more time for these students!!!

Blood of the Witchcraft Professor The group met at Thomas’ locker while other students are passing because all session were done for the day) Yolanda: Josh:

Hey Thomas, what’s up, how was your presentation today? Yeah, how was it?

Jerry:

You guys are so crazy, were you not there to see his expression?

Josh, Samantha and Yolanda (Shouts): Jerry, Shut up!!! (They all walked off with Thomas as he explained his feeling) Thomas:

Ok guys, behave yourselves, we are all reacting like high schoolers.

Jerry:

Yeah man, whatever.

Thomas:

Anyways, the best part of it was when I looked down and saw you all smiling and applauding, I’m happy that we are able to complete this assignment. Now we are going to be famous before we graduate, can you believe?

Yolanda:

That’s what happens when two or more people get together Thomas, unlike some people who is always acting immature.

(Samantha high fived Yolanda): Jerry needs to get a life. (Jerry walked up to Samantha with a threatening expression) How about I make you get one with my fist in your face? Josh:

Seriously Jerry, you need to control your hormones. Now, let’s talk about what we are going to do with this ring and blood. Where do we go from here Thomas? Thomas... Thomas!!! Where did you go to man?

Thomas:

I’m here, I was just thinking about the same thing, speaking of that, what’s going on with the DNA experiment for that new Medicine? Who is going to volunteer?

Jerry:

My girlfriend is giving birth very soon man, I can’t afford for her to loose me, so I’m out.

Josh:

We didn’t expect you to say yes, I will do it, besides; I have no one to mourn for me if I end up dead.

Thomas:

Hey people, this is a hazard free experiment, no will die.

Jerry:

Since you are the leader of this group, you can’t do it. I say we draw straw; the one with the shortest straw will experience death row, come on, what do you say?

Samantha:

I second that motion so moved, all in favour?

Josh, Jerry, Yolanda and Thomas: I... I... I... I..., with this said and done, let’s work on it first thing in the morning. Samantha:

Which one of you ladies coming to the dance floor later! Let’s celebrate our accomplishment.

Thomas:

I’m in, drinks are on me and Jerry, leave your pregnant girl at home ok!!!

(Everyone laughed and left the college ground)

Blood of the Witchcraft Professor Chapter Five: The Party

Thomas reached the location of the dance hall, but there was no lighting or vehicles in the car park. He took out his cell phone and made a call.

Thomas:

Hello, Jerry, where is everybody, I’m at the hall?

Jerry:

I don’t know dude, I’m not there yet, did you call Samantha? She was the first of this idea!

Thomas:

I’ll call you back. He made another call

Thomas:

Hey Sami- what’s going on? I’m at the dance hall and there is no one here yet, where are you?

Samantha:

I went to get Yolanda and Josh, we are on our way, get inside, we’ll be there shortly. I’m sorry Thomas.

Thomas:

It is ok; can you get in touch with Jerry.

Samantha:

Ok Thomas, see you soon.

All this time, everyone was inside waiting for Thomas. The cars were parked at the back. As he got inside, everyone came out and with a big shout and music playing, SURPRISE! Thomas lost his balance and fell to the ground as he stepped back, at that point, Jerry reached a took him off the ground and said:

Jerry:

Hey dude, you didn’t call me back and you also owe me a drink, well… US! Right guys! Give it up for US, LET’S GET DRUNK AND STOP ACTING LIKE IMMATURE PEOPLE.

Thomas:

Jerry, I can’t believe you lied to me. Hey bartender, beer for everybody, make mine dry soda, come guys dig in, I need to find myself a woman. (Everybody laughed and stared dancing)

Bartender:

You know Thomas, you made a great group leader, these guys have been friends since third grade, they argue most of the times but they never left each other. Since they met you, it’s like they are living a whole new life. Look at them, you really make them happy.

Thomas:

Well, I certainly appreciate their friendship and don’t know why they are giving all the credit to me. We all did this discovery together. I figured this would have been a party is for us, but instead… it is for me.

Bartender:

Speaking of us! Here they come, go and have fun, you all have earned it!

Samantha to the Bartender: This man is here to have fun, not to find a man ok, he is dancing with me. Josh:

Don’t forget what happened to the last guy you got laid with.

Yolanda:

What was it… he died on the job, isn’t that right Jerry? LOLOLOL

Jerry:

That’s why I’m afraid of touching her!
