Following years of significant growth and programming in new geographies, we are committed to system and process alignment, providing a stronger foundation for communication, service delivery, and operational efficiencies and effectiveness.
When successful, Conservation Legacy will realize significant fiscal and operational efficiencies, improve our risk management, and bolster inter-connectedness across the entire organization while maintaining the autonomy, local decision-making, and success already established by local corps.
