COMPLIANCE SYSTEM Over the years, INTEGRA has developed a complex compliance system, part of an overall Integrated Management System, by adopting complex procedures against the risk of mafia infiltrations under the Anticorruption Legislative Decree 231/01 and, as of February 2019, an Antitrust Compliance Program. Moreover, since its foundation, INTEGRA has implemented sustainability reporting tools to ensure the transparency and comprehension of its actions to its shareholders, stakeholders, the market, and the communities.
