With UAE declaring 2023 as the Year of Sustainability, what steps are Latinem FM taking to be more sustainable?

Latinem accelerating the transition towards the sustainable goal of the Net zero target set by the group has been phenomenal in driving where we have been certified for ISO 50001:2018 Energy management system that has driven a cultural change.

As part of this, we are working on the implementation of AI-based analytics to optimize utility consumption and the same savings get transferred to the customer in terms of service charge reduction for which the initial step is the implementation of the centralized BMS system.

Reduce dependability on humans and engage sustainable technology driven machines to improve productivity ,quality and cost impact.

To adopt and increase awareness with the customers we have offered the use of sustainable products like plant-based air purifiers, Green Domestic Food recyclers, Aerators, etc.

Air to water Generator system implementation looks at reducing plastic bottles and saving water.
