“ACCIONA has been honored to receive the “Education Initiative of the Year” at the Innovation in Facility Management (FM) Awards 2023. As Elmira Abdullina, Talent Acquisition & Development Manager mentioned: “The award is in recognition for ACCIONA’s Learning English Achievement Program (A LEAP), developed in-house, which focuses on identifying English language gaps through diagnostic testing and providing a structured language training specifically designed for housekeeping staff working in healthcare clinical environment and in aviation sector. Two separate vocabulary books have been authored and published with focus on healthcare and aviation. This program aims to equip our valued housekeeping staff with the essential language skills necessary to communicate effectively in English within their professional environment. Our structured approach to the development of personnel starts from new joiners’ level up to the leadership suite. We guarantee learning and development for all our professionals at all levels. Moreover, we strongly focus on internal talent development. We are extremely proud and grateful to win “Education Initiative of the Year” for the second consecutive year!”
