HOSPITALITY PROJECT DESIGN / JUMEIRAH GULF OF BAHRAIN RESORT & SPA

Jumeirah Gulf of Bahrain Resort & Spa by DSA Architects International won the Hospitality Project Design. The Jumeirah Gulf of Bahrain Resort & Spa was originally conceived by the client, a Joint Venture between Bahrain Mumtalakat Holding Company (BMHC) and Sama Dubai Investment LLC, to boost Bahrain's tourism market.

The construction of this hotel resort project began in early 2007. The original plan for the Project was to use traditional Bahraini architecture and traditional houses throughout the GCC.

The Jumeirah Gulf of Bahrain Resort & Spa is a stunning 5-star luxury resort located away from the city that provides a retreat-style stay for local and foreign visitors seeking exclusivity. The resort officially opened its doors in November 2022 and is acting as a catalyst for further development along this stretch of undeveloped but prestigious coast, with a new public beach completed and complimentary hotels planned only a few kilometres to the North. /
