rojan Holding has grown rapidly in recent years and the multinational construction conglomerate now possesses around £2.06 billion worth of contracted projects. The firm is considered one of the fastest growing construction firms based in the United Arab Emirates, with operations in Afghanistan, the Seychelles, Iraq, Jordan, Morocco and Russia. The company’s annual turnover has also increased three-fold in two years to be around £514.4 million, illustrating the scale of successful business. Trojan’s subsidiary NPC is one of the founding members of the Emirates Green Building Council in UAE, underlining that behind this

It also includes two mass Housing Developments consisting of 5,000 units of Emarati housing villas including associated infrastructure both located in the eastern region of Al Ain for Musanada & Alqudra, the Akoya Development consisting of 460 commercial villas in Dubai for Damac and a number of religious and industrial projects in Abu Dhabi. Al Ameeri added: “As for the International projects, we are currently working on the Al Qasaba Housing Development consisting of 112 buildings (3,200 apartments) in Afghanistan. “We have also worked or are currently working on Marsa Zayed Luxury Villas in Jordan, Urbella mixed-used development consisting of 500 villas and six 20 story towers in Kurdistan Iraq, 320 keys 5 star Hotel and Resort project in Morocco; 120 keys 5 star Hotel in Chechnya and a Medical centre in Seychelles. “In total, we have executed more than 100 small to large contracts we have over £2.05 billion worth of project portfolio in the UAE and selected countries.” Trojan complies with ISO 14001 standards, OHSAS 18001 standards and all relevant Health, Safety and Environmental legislative requirements and obligations too.
