In this month's newsletter I am pleased to include an interview with one of Ireland's leading waterproofing companies, Soprema Ireland, who give us an insight into their market, some of their recent project success and their reasons for using the CIS service.

Louth 21st of October 2013: We understand tenders have been returned and are currently being assessed for he appointment of a main contractor on the construction of works - Starting 11/11/2013 >>MORE RESIDENTIAL - £1.22m Social Housing Development, Newry, Co. Down 30th September 2013: After a slight delay it is now envisaged that tenders will be invited from the already selected contractors by mid October 2013 for the following project. It is envisaged that work could start on site at the end of November 2013 - Starting - 25/11/2013 >>MORE HOTEL - £6.8m Hotel Extension, Ballymena, Co. Antrim 17th September 2013: Tenders are currently being invited from the selected contractors in regard to the construction of an extension to the Galgorm Resort & Spa at 136 Fenaghy Road, Galgorm, Ballymena. Tenders are due to be returned within the next week. It is expected that work will start on site during November 2013 and will take approximately 15 months to complete - Starting 04/11/2013 >>MORE RESIDENTIAL - €13m Sheltered Housing, Co. Limerick 12th of September 2013: A main contractor is expected to be appointed in October/November 2013 for the construction of a sheltered Social Housing Scheme at Lord Edward Street, Limerick. The plans will see 79 housing units, 58 of which will be houses and apartments for the elderly, a retail commercial unit and a community facility with a function room, exhibition area, meeting areas and other facilities. - Starting 14/11/2103 >>MORE MEDICAL - €9m Mental Health Residential Unit, Co. Kerry On the 22nd of July 2013: The Health Service Executive was issued a decision to grant planning permission by Killarney Town Council for he development of a HSE 40 bed mental health residential unit in Killarney, Co.
