Finance and Strategy Analyst Matt Sill
Matt Sill joins RMS
Matt Sill has joined Road Machinery & Supplies Co. as Finance and Strategy Analyst. In this role, Sill will be responsible for facilitating quarterly financial reviews, and he’ll work alongside members of the management team to track and advance RMS’ strategic growth initiatives. He will also work on various business development, finance and procurement projects.
Sill comes to RMS after spending three years with FTI Consulting’s Los Angeles-based Corporate Finance and Restructuring Group, where he worked to restore financial stability to distressed companies. He holds an undergraduate degree in economics and a master’s degree in finance from Claremont McKenna College in California. During college, Sill interned at RMS in the Savage, Minn., office and for Komatsu Finance at its North American headquarters in Chicago, Ill.
Matt Sill is the son of RMS CEO Mike Sill II and the brother of Director of Marketing & Technology Abby Sill.
