Ashley Pecjak and the McNeil team did an amazing job for us both on our sale and purchase. We made a move during the crazy housing market of 2021, and decided to buy then sell. In a huge sellers market, Ashley negotiated us to allow for additional inspections that gave us tremendous peace of mind, and our full asking offer was accepted on day one!
